Visit visa to Dubai from Saudi

I am a Filipino national working in Saudi Arabia for 11 years now, before when I travel to Dubai I always request for visit visa. My profession in Saudi is Information entry which is in my Iqama(residence permit in Saudi).Do I really need to apply for a entry visa just to stay for 2-4 days?

Visitors from other GCC countries with resident visa/iqama can come to UAE with visa on arrival but it depends on their profession. There should be there problem for managerial positions. You have to check with the Airport immigration with regards to staff position.
