Visa status of family upon main sponsor visa cancel due to job change

Salaam Alekum
I am at present on Dubai visa as a Civil Engineer working in a Construction Company in Dubai.I am also the sponsor of my family comprising of my wife and two kids.
Due to the recent downtrend I have lost my job but have got an offer to work in Hamriya Free Zone Sharjah
Do I need to cancel my dependents prior to cancelling my visa to transfer to Hamriya Free Zone by paying 5000 dhs deposit
