Visa rules for In-Laws

I am a Pakistani National. I own an LLC company, (Computer Reseller business).
I need to know if I can sponsor may Father-in-Law (aged 0ver 60) and Mother In Law (aged over 50).
Note that My Father in law had been working (uninterrupted)on executive post in Dubai since 1976 till date.
