Visa requirement for dubai for indian citizen for a tourist visa

I am traveling to Dubai from 30 DEC, 2010 to 3rd Jan 2011 through raj travels. My tickets are confirmed and also the accommodation is done through Raj Travels. My Indian Passport is expiring on 3rd June 2011. Whether I have to renew my passport because my passport will be valid for 5 months on the date of travel? One of the visa requirements is that passport validity should be 6 months, whether it is required for a tourist visa? Please confirm.
