Visa in Dubai

My brother likes to work in Dubai. An acquaintance is inviting him to work there but entering Dubai as a visitor then upgrade later to working once he found there a sponsor. What do you suggest? Any sponsor you can recommend? he is an architect but practising as a draftsman and foreman in a construction company in the Philippines? |
