Visa for attending dental conference 2nd Dec-5th Dec 2011

I am Dentist from India and my wife, holding Indian passport with green card. Will be attending Dental confernce on 2nd dec -5th dec 2011 venu is " Movenpick Hotel",at dubai mall,burj khlifa,dubai health care city.. while going from USA to India; with return air ticket obtained from india with stop over at Dubai.

what formalities are required, I mean documents; please specify.
