Under father's visa and getting married

Hi I'm under father's sponsorship and working in Dubai. Me and my fiance are planning to get marry this year here in Dubai. I want to know if what will happen to my visa sponsorship if I get marry? Can I still be under my father's sponsorship even if I get marry? What are the options that I can do?
