UAE Visa for Indian passport with American Green card

Hello

My mom is 69 years old and has Indian passport and US green card holder. She will be travelling with us (US Citizens/US passport holder) and will be transiting for less than 90 hours in Abu Dhabi/ Dubai. Her final destination is Delhi, India.

New York to Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi - Stay for 3 days
Abu Dhabi to Delhi (final destination).

Please confirm if she requires Visa or not?
