Transit Visas.

Hi, I'm a Czech Citizen flying to Australia. Traveling with Smart Wings from Prague to Dubai. Then overnight in Abu Dhabi and travelling with V Australia to Sydney the following morning. Trying to obtain transit visa, airline doesn't offer this service. Can you offer any suggestions please?
