Transit Visa to Dubai

I am flying to Dubai from Auckland arriving at 5.45 on the 25th August 2010. I leave again at 2.15 on the 26th August 2010. Do i need to get a transit visa in advance or can i do it on the plane? I am a British citizen .

you can take it from air port. if you think that i will arrange your visa then you can email me i will arrange for you. you do not need to wait in Que in 3-4 hours.
