Student visa - I'm on a residence visa, my father sponsored it for me.

Here's my case, I'm on a residence visa, my father sponsored it for me. But it's indicated on my visa that I'm a student and not allowed to work. That's the visa that they gave me. So now I'm planning to work here in Dubai is there anything that i should do for them to allow me to work here.

A typing center told me that I should go to them and ask for a waver stating that my father is allowing me to work. I'm not really sure with this cause I don't know the rules here in Dubai. Thank you hope you can answer my queries.
