Staying Away from Dubai for 6 Months

Question: My Wife exit Dubai on 14th September 2009 and she is coming back on March 11th 2010 at 10:00 PM Dubai time. March 11th is 179th day. There is probability that flight might get delayed, and she might reach here on 180th day. Can she enter Dubai on 180th day.
