Spouse Residence Visa

Hello there,

I am planning to get my spouse here immediately after my marriage. So can I bring her in tourist visa and then change her visa to my residence visa? (husband's sponsor)?

If yes, how can I do that?

If no, what are the alternatives of getting her here immediately after marriage with me.
