Resident Visa

I work in Pakistan & would like to avail a resident visa for Dubai on paying all the expanses on my own. I would appreciate if a guide line can be offered

It seems that if I avail a resident Visa for Dubai (All Expanses fees paid by me ) it would be easier for me to find a job in Dubai. Apart from this I can also avail a driving license on behalf of my resident visa

I would like to avail the Resident Visa for my self & for my wife; I do not have any children

-Could you please advice is it possible?
-What would be the fee for each visa (My + Wife)
- What would be the validity of the visa?
- Can these services be availed through your esteemed organization & what would be your processing fee?
