Residence visa

Hi, I was working in Dubai for a construction company from 2002 till sep 2008 & recently i have received a offer from a free zone company & i have signed the same & they have promised me that they will clear all the formalities from immigration department & send me my visa so my question is.
(1) how much time will the immigration department take to release the visa if the company is ready to pay AED.5000/-
(2) If the company needs the free zone visa what time it could take from the immigration dept.
