Residence Visa Rules

I worked in Dubai and that time i was having Residence Visa{Labour card}
for three years that is from 2006 to 2009 and in between without cancelling my visa i left
Dubai but now i want to go back to Dubai to search for the job is it possible
for me to find the job.because as per rules i know if i am not entering the Dubai
for six months the visa will automatically cancelled.and even i don't know weather my
company as cancelled my visa.
