Regional managers visa in Dubai

I am an Indian national working in Jebel Ali free zone from January 2007 till date for a MNC company as "Regional Sales Manager-Middle East". Currently, i am sponsored by Jebel Ali free zone authority as "Regional Manager", mentioned on my residence permit. As per my job requirement, i have to travel to all ME countries.I get visa at arrival on airport which becomes very easy due to my Managers designation.

Now my company is closing the free zone operations n has taken a JV with a local company .Therefore my Residence permit needs to be transferred/changed/refixed on the name of this new local sponsoring company in Dubai.

My qualifications is 10th standard(SSC) + 12th standard(HSC) + Diploma in Mechanical engineering.All certificates are attested by the concerned authority in India & UAE.

My question is : 1) Can i get my residence permit as'Regional Manager" OR "Sales Manager" from Dubai residency department?
