Philippine passort holder but has a UK residency

I have a dual citizenship UK/PHILIPPINES but I am gonna use my Philippine passport to go to UAE,I am here in the UK right now and planning a vacation in the UAE, do i still have to get a visa? What are the requirements and what visa do i need?

transit visa ?

On my way to Vienna from the Philippines, my stop over is Dubai for 12 hours. My airlines is United Emirates. Do I need to get transit visa in Dubai so I can go around Dubai during that stop over period? What are the requirements?
