need visa UAE

Dear sir

we have plan to Dubai for next month for sightseeing and holiday, i am Indonesian an working in Oman Olympic Council for 2nd Asian Beach Games, Muscat Oman
and i have Oman Resident Card from 3 month ago.

do i need apply Dubai visa again ?
we have plan fly by plane, and 5 days in dubai.

please help me how to process the visa, and i need information from you soon.
