Living together in Duabi, Abu Dhabi

Hi,

I am considering a job opportunity in Abu-Dhabi, and moving to Dubai or Abu-Dhabi in a couple of months. I am wondering if my Canadian girl friend will be able to visit me on a visiting visa? Is it illegal to live together once she is there, or can we get into trouble?
