Is rules that once anyone is out of Dubai or UAE more than 6 months their visa expires.

Hi,

My wife was 6 months pregnant when she left Dubai in march 2010, Now i want to bring her back to Dubai. Is rules that once anyone is out of UAE more than 6 months their visa expires. her residence visa is valid up to Dec, 2012.

Is it possible to open the same visa paying some charges since we have a valid medical reason of pregnancy?

Hi, im a student and i hve been in london for more than 6 months.. im now returning to dubai next month.. and although i have heard that i can enter on the same visa after a paying a small fees.. i dont know how to go about it can anyone please help. thanks

yes ....you have to pay for re-activate ur visa

first 6 month dh 150 you have to pay ....then further you have to pay 100 for each every month

only passport copy with visa page is required for it
for eg: 8 months ---you have to pay 350 (150 +100+100)

I need the same assitance in this regard as i am out of uae since last months and i think some rules will also have changed from 1st january 2011 so my visa will automatically cancelled or not?
