Is it compulsory to cancel Qatar visa to get employment in UAE ?

I would like to know, is it compulsory to cancel Qatar visa to get employment in UAE?

I have been stamped with 3 years Qatar residence/employment visa & I want to change job & move to UAE for good.
Can anybody help me with latest & current information on above question.
