Indian with qatar visa holder has to come Dubai

I am INDIAN with QATAR visa now working in QATAR. I get a job in Dubai. so i am leaving Qatar without canceling my Qatar visa. so its make any problems in Dubai? is it necessary to cancel my Qatar visa to enter Dubai?
