I'm looking for Afghani & Uzbekistani Restaurant and "Saj" (for baking flat bread) in Dubai City

I was impressed by the middle-eastern foods in Dubai when I visited there 2 years ago. Next month, I'm going to visit Dubai again and try foods I never experienced especially Afghani & Uzbekistani food. Can I eat these foods in Dubai?

I'm also looking for "Saj", which is used for baking Arabic flat bread(Khoubz Al-Saj in Arabic). I bought the Lebanese Cooking book 2 years ago. It says Saj is a simple convex metal plate measuring between 30-90cm, which can be purchased at Lebanese or Indian stores. But where...?
thanks.
