I want to visit dubai but explain me please

I from pakistan I wnat to visit dubai for 15 days or onemonth/what is minimum
cost in pk ruppes reqiured for me to get visa, and air ticket/ i can arrange accomodation there but for at least 4 days firstly i need accomodation /so please reply me back with all deatils
detils that how much it cots and what r necessory papers i required for this purpose
I can travel from karachi or islamabd/depending upon cost of air tickets which is cheap will be prefferd/ok
