i was working for five years in my company and i resign company was cancell my visa.i have immigration ban for 1 year.but my husband is still working in dubai he can apply visa for me as housewife visa even i had one year ban?what are the requirements?do i need to authenticate our marriage contract even were married her in philippine consulate dubai.pls help me.thank you

Just follow this step

Requirements:
authenticated Marriage Contract (red ribbon and UAE embassy)
Employment Contract
Your Passport Copy w/ visa stamped
Xerox copy of passport (wife)
Pictures (Passport Size)

1. Bring all documents to immigration (stamping)
2. Go to Typing (for visa application)
3. Go to department of Naturalization for processing (and you will get the visa outright).
4. Send the original to your wife (along with plane ticket).
5. Be sure your wife to have extra money to pay for terminal fee and others fee at manila airport.
6. After arrival, Bring your wife for medical
7. again go for typing
8. Go back to Dept. of naturalization for stamping visa to your wife passport...
