husband visa for my wife

My wife is in the Philippines, I want to sponsor her on husband visa. what are the procedures and requirements? thank you.

Requirements:
authenticated Marriage Contract (red ribbon and UAE embassy)
Employment Contract
Your Passport Copy w/ visa stamped
Xerox copy of passport (wife)
Pictures (Passport Size)

1. Bring all documents to immigration (stamping)
2. Go to Typing (for visa application)
3. Go to department of Naturalization for processing (and you will get the visa outright).
4. Send the original to your wife (along with plane ticket).
5. Be sure your wife to have extra money to pay for terminal fee and others fee at manila airport.
6. After arrival, Bring your wife for medical
7. again go for typing
8. Go back to Dept. of naturalization for stamping visa to your wife passport...
