How to get Dubai tourist visa at 30 days stay?

Hi there, I am from manila, Philippines
as far as visas are concern i already knew the guidelines my concern is i need to tourist visa that will allow me to stay for at least 20 days in Dubai for my holiday and business ocular... I am a travelers and this time i chose to see and explore Dubai...
