I was employed in Dubai last 2004-2005, only 7 months, i ask for emergency leave and i went back to the Philippines and never comeback to the employer, Am i ban entering Dubai now? I don't have exit with my employer in Dubai, is it possible for me to enter Dubai again?

A company or sponsor will put a Absconding case against any Employee how goes out of Country for good with cancelling their Visa. Or if they don't open a case then you will have 6 months or 1 Year Ban period. But still you have to confirm before you intend to go back. If you have absconding case you will be Deported back from Airport.

Dear anhikka lhariez santos,

Did you go for medical check-up in Dubai? It depends at what stage your TB is. Did you knew about it or they diagnose you with TB while you when for check-up. Are you taking up employment in UAE. If you are diagnosed with TB then you have to stay in your Country and get the proper treatment and once you get clearance then you can reapply for visa. I don't think so that you get Life Ban in such cases. But please reconfirm.

My advice to all who seek to go back to UAE after they get Ban. Do not give Money to any person even if he says that he is working in Immigration Depart or what so ever. I have lost 20,000aed myself while I was still in Dubai fighting for my Immigration case. Everybody told me don't give money until work is done, but I end up paying this person and the result was Negative, though this person was working for Immigration Department he gave me 150% hope that my case will resolved and I will not be Deported. What happen? I got deported and got 1 year ban for breaking Immigration rule.

My advice! no one can help you, only you can help your self. Believe it or not even your own good friends will run away when you have problems. I have learnt from my pass mistakes and I want to help PPL and tell them what is the right way.

Rest is up to you. My God save everyone from this greedy ppl.

Please I would like to bring to notice to all who have Ban in UAE. Keep in mind that everybody does not get Life Ban it depends on case to case study. What kind of ban immigration will stamp it depends which rule of Immigration you have broken or what crime you have committed. There are lots of people I know that have been deported due to some crime but after completing there Ban period they are back in Dubai and are working there. You only get Life Ban if you are involved in big Crimes or you become a threat to National Security. Yes you also get Life ban if you enter UAE illegally and get caught and Deported.

But still I would request each individual to check their case, please do your own investigation and then come to a final decision. In UAE there is always changes to Immigration rules.

You can always take up your case with Immigration Court.

If you need any assistants you can contact directly to DNRD where they clear all you Doubts.

Dear All, whoever caught and deported after eye-scanned in UAE and whose finger prints taken by the authorities will get an immigration ban due to illegal stay in UAE or without visa, those expats cannot come back to UAE as IRIS scan is a system from where no one can run even changing passport is useless and you will get caught and will be deported again. One way is to seek amnesty from UAE immigration authorities http://www.dubaifaqs.com/immigration-uae.php which is unlikely and seems difficult. I want to inform everybody please dont misunderstood my post comment to Mr. Tahir Muhammad Mansoor as Im just asking his self pity to me. He is very good person eventhough I did not see him personally as I just read only his name in this site that one comment mention his name and his email address giving thanks for solving his/her case in Dubai UAE about ban in Immigration. He solve many cases and one case of these is mine as I have a ban in Dubai for not finishing my work contract to my sponsor and I ask help to Mr. Tahir Muhammad Mansoor. I am one of those expats who lost their job due to termination. As much as I wanted to stay in Dubai but could not due to unemployment. When my visa was about to expire I left Dubai last September 2010 and instead of going to Kish Island I went back to Philippines. I wish to visit Dubai again and start afresh but I am worried that I might have cases already filed against me due to non-payment of credit cards since I left. Can someone please help me? Where to start, what to do and to find out my current status in Dubai. I do not have any means yet to pay the banks as I am still unemployed.

I have a ban in UAE due to not finishing my limited contract as I go home in Philippines last June 3, 2006 and my contract is 2years, I only completed 1 year service to my sponsor. Due to the death of my father I go home and was not able to comeback UAE. I let somebody from Dubai I have ban ref:ajk88760 and from Aug. 4 there is no ban for me but I wonder why I cannot still get certificate of good conduct in Dubai Police headquarter? I was an Outlet Manager in 5-star hotel in Fujairah. But I worked only 2 months and then I resigned because I did not enjoy with the company. Then I was banned for 1 (one) year from 02 january 2011 as I resigned before 1 (one) year (as per the job contract). During the cancellation visa in Fujairah Immigration Office I did eye scanning and during in airport immigration, the immigration officer saying that I was banned for 1 (one) year as per the Fujairah Law. The question is: is it possible to lift the ban? (as I might get job offer in Abu Dhabi). Please advice me.

I need advice.
My fiancée resign from company after 3,5 years of working. The new employer sends him to update his passport as the new visa can not be stamped in passport which will be expiree after 4 month. He came back to Uzbekistan and changed it. Later he get response by e-mail that visa request was rejected as he has BAN. We really surprised how possible for him to have ban as according to new law after completing 2 years of service with one company you will not have ban. Could please some one explain me this situation or give some recommendation what to do.

since last 2 years my name is farid ullah and i belongs to pakistan my sponser spoil my image in immigration office...... is it cheated with me ........i will not forgive ahmad suleman al reyasiah ........its my sponser name .........
can i get justice ... i request to every one that don't blame other one..........
