how to cancel that visa submission and how to take another visit visa

My name is remla i am an Indian. i canceled my employment visa because i got a better job. but my previous employer didn't give NOC. so i have 6 months ban. my husband is working in UAE so i apply a visit visa. the problem is a one company already apply visa for me without my permission. so i didn't get visa. i have all details of that visa. i want to know how to cancel that visa submission and how to take another visa for me please inform in this mail remlabeegom@yahoo.co.in
