How many days exactly I can be out of Dubai to keep my visa alive

I am having a valid resident Visa sponsored by my husband who is working in Dubai. I am working in India and used to visit Dubai twice a year (every six months). Presently I wish to know can I take just like that six months or should I count as per days ( 6 months X 30 days = 180 days). If it is 180 days, then whether is it OK if I landed at Dubai on 180th day - For example I have UAE stamp affixed on my visa page on 3 Oct, 2010. Is it OK if I landed on 1st April, 2011(180th day)?
