how can i sponser my family, in sharjah for residence visa?

I m an Indian and working in safe zone sharjah as assistance pro. and my salary is 4500. and i have my tenancy contact also from Dubai. Where i am living from last 5 months. Can i sponsor to my wife and children for residence visa?
