German visiting Dubai visa

I am a sri lankan passport holder when i go to Dubai for a visiting visa can go to the Germany from their within one month, because i want to go to the Germany for visiting visa when i go to the Dubai and stay up to 30 days can i easily get the Germany visiting visa from their. because its very difficult to get the visiting visa from here in srilanka .help me i want travel all over the world.
