Expired UAE visa cancellation - Can i get a residency visa again to UAE?

Sir,

I had been working in Abu Dhabi since 2006 to 2007. As i got a govt job in my home country in 2007 i came on leave and can't go back to UAE and did not cancel my visa on my passport. I don't know whether my employer cancel it with my pass port copy or labour card.
Please help to clarify some doubts
1. Can i get a residency visa again to UAE?

2. How can i check whether my old visa has been cancelled?

3. Any life time ban on me?

4. My old passport expires and take a new one. so any need to cancell the old visa in my old passport?

i am working in a company from last 3 years my work permit finish on 06 08 2011 .company will take how much time to cancalled my visa.

expired dubai visa information

I had been working in dubai since 2007 to 2010.In 2010 my compony was in crises.I was totaly free.My sponser was not in uae these days.I came back to my country and did not cancel my visa on my passport or work parmit.I dont know whether my employer cancel it.Please help to clarify some doubts.1 Can i get a residency visa again to uae.2 How i check whether my old visa has been cancelled.3 Any ban on me.4 My old passport expires and take a new one.So any need to cancell the old visa on my old passport.

Expired abudhabi visa in expired passport

1. I was working in abudhabi from 2000 to 2003 and went on leave and didn't cancel my visa before as iam unable to come.

2. abudhabi visa expired by 2003 and my passport also expired in year 2008 and new passport issued and iam in new passport number.

3. Now i got a job offer in UAE and they are going to apply for a new employment visa with new passport number. I don't have any previous convictions with my past employer went to UAE few times on transit and visit basis.

4. I will get a new employement visa or do i need to cancel the past visa which was stamped before 8 years in my previous passport?
