Employment Visa in Saudi and want to have a short vacation in Dubai

Question: Hello Good day, my boyfriend is a Filipino citizen and currently employed in Saudi Arabia. Now he is planning to visit Dubai for maximum of 4 days leave and coming back again in Saudi. Please help me. Do I need to buy him a visit visa or tourist visa? What are the requirements needed so he can enter Dubai legally without delays and hassles. Thank you so much..
