If employer is terminated employee without any notice period what employee have to do with employer according to labour laws of uae

employer should specify the notice period in ur agreement and you shoul know before agreeing the agreement.
if notice period is there you can wait for cancellation time and allow them to cancel u visa.air ticket to be provided if no time is specified as notice he have to pay 1 to 3 moths salary depends on law.But in this case you cannot be terminated without any reason.

that depends on you agreement with the empolyer
if any any compensation provided in your agreement you will get, therefore you have to see what is provided in your agreement.
