Dubai visit visa

I live in Philippines me and my husband wants to meet in Dubai hopefully by January i want to know how can i get a visit visa to come there and how much its cost for and what are the requirement needed to do this i will be staying for about a week there. so please let me inform about this and i will be hoping for your reply soon... may allah bless you all and more power
