I am a Philippine national, I would like to go to UAE for about one week to attend some urgent personal matters. Is it possible? Please advise.

What Visa?

I a originally from Philippines and is now a resident Dublin, Ireland. I planned to visit Dubai soon for 2 to 3 weeks, am I entitled for Arrival Visa as an EU visitor or what? Thank you very much.
