Dubai Visit Visa sponsored by Tecom/Dubai Knowledge Village?

Question: Greetings!!! I am a Human Resources professional from India with rich experience in Human Resources Development domain. I would like to visit Dubai to explore the possibilities of developing a career as Freelancer in the prestigious DKV. I would like to know whether DKV/Tecom will sponsor a visit visa initially so that I can visit Dubai and submit the required documents for obtaining Freelancer license and then gain a resident visa or can I send the documents directly from India and get it processed.

Please let me know how to proceed.
