Dubai Visa problem

My family will go back home tonight 27may. my wife's visa is canceled officially in
the immigration. my children visa is still active. i have a problem with my visa.
it is on hold by the bank. will there be any problem in the airport for my family?

Dear Sirs,

Greeting from Jakarta, Indonesia
I work in Tour & travel agency in Indonesia
and I need your advice for group tour client, who will travelling to Dubai, arrive on 08 Nov 2011
we already book a hotel and tour with local travel agency in Dubai,
also we already process the visa via the agency.
what the problem is the group have 16 client plus 1 tour leader but the visa only issued for 15 client and 1 tour leader
The agency already check the Dubai immigration,
they found that my client that the visa not been issue, have been to Dubai in 2003 and doesn't have a exit stamp.
so the immigration need to check client old passport and need the exit stamp from Dubai immigration.
then, I check my client and he says that he never travelling to Dubai before.
I ask for the old passport, but his old passport is taken the Indonesia immigration, because he doesn't have a travelling record before. that's why the Immigration take the old passport ( government rules ).
I have a feeling that :
1. the immigration have a miss look with somebody else ( but already check and the Date of birth, place of birth, father name and mother name have a same data with the record )
2. there is a trafficking black company that used my client old passport to enter you country ( I trust my client due he is one of Big Plastic company Owner in Indonesia )

need your advice and assistance for my client visa soonest, due I already issued their return ticket with emirates and I already paid the hotel to make this group enter your beautiful country
if there any advice or any other requirement than the whole old scan passport to proof that my client is innocent, please don't hesitate to contact us
