Dubai Visa for 21 year old son

My son is 21yrs and has completed his university course. He will be returning to live with us in Dubai for a gap year.
My husband has a residence visa through his job. Is my husband able to sponsor him and obtain a residence visa for him?
Also how much would it cost?

i am faced with a similar situation whereby my son of 19 wishes to join us in Dubai. i would like to know if he is able to come here on my sponsorship and whether he will be able to work legally.
