Dubai visa extension for pregnant lady

Now i am 5 month pregnant .I am having uae resident visa. now i am in India. My doctor is not allowing to flight journey. So i am not able to coming back to UAE before 6 month. Is it my visa will cancel or is there any such procedure to avoid cancellation?
