Dubai visa cancellation
i was working in a real estate company as IT then late last year we were informed that they are gonna closed on Dec.30 due to the economic recession and they told us that we are free to look for another job so i did an IT company hired me so i resigned and there i know that I am gonna pay 5000aed for i wasn't able to complete my 12 months employment.i can't afford 5000aed so i decided to go home and i will just wait for my visa from the the new company who hired me.
but my problem right now is my visa is not cancelled due to the holidays and im book this january 6 2008. is it okey for me to go home even if my visa is not cancelled with my previous employer? and I m gonna send it back to my friend then he will be the one to coordinate with the sponsor/previous employer?
please help me I am really confused.
