Dubai transit visa at a short notice

My family, husband wife and three kids are traveling on emirates to India we have booked tickets with two days stopover in Dubai. All passengers are us citizens except my wife who is green card holder with Indian passport. we are flying out of sfo on 17th Jan.

Is it possible to get transit visa approved before 18th Jan arrival at Dubai for my wife or is there any other way.
