Dubai Resident Visa expired

Question: Our Dubai resident visa expired because we were not able to visit with in 180 days, can we do anything to re-new our iqamah?

Expired visa cancellation

My visa already expired till now more than 210 days.
before 180 days I am asked about the cancellation of my visa to the company but they said 'Now you are already completed 5 month you may stay one more month after that the visa will automatically cancell' Now I have one doubt If I can enter in UAE with a new visa any problem? It's possible or not ???
