Can i go dubai again

Dear sir,
I entered UAE with employment visa and worked for 4 month, due to health problem i came for treatment to India. I was under treatment for 1 year and was not able go before six month and my company execpted my resignation also. How can i go dubai again without canceling my visa. Please advice

i had working in a cattering company in dubai during 07-09.due to family reson. i had relocate back to india for good at 2009 nov 14.while i can,t cancel my visa.now i want visit for 15 days in dubai.my problem is how can my visa cancelation?can i go to dubai?pls forward my questions answer.

i dont have any comments,i just want to ask if how many days to process a visa cacellation.coz i have a friend he was just waiting for his cancellation to go to other company and every time he follow up to his ex company they always say that still procesing.just want to know cancelletion for visa is taking MONTH BRFORE THEY CANCEL IT?
