Dubai Residence visa renewal

Hello, we are presently in our hometown, and my daughter's (3+ years old) visa is getting expired around August end. We were planning to reach Dubai back by 2nd week September.
Is it possible to renew her visa status, being out of the UAE? and how? or could you suggest entry into the UAE, and on arrival we process for renewal.
