Do Mexican citizens need a visa?

Hello,

My husband is a Mexican citizen, while my daughter and I are U.S.A. citizens. We would like to visit Dubai on our way back from South Africa from the Soccer World Cup.

Would he or ourselves need a visa to stay in Dubai for three days? Please let me know.
