do I need transit visa for Dubai?

I am a Polish citizen living in The Netherlands and soon I'm going to travel to Asia with a transit in Dubai. The transit time is only 4 hours and I am not going to leave the airport. Do I still need to apply for the transit visa because I have a Polish passport?
