Do i need to undergo the eye test as some people are telling me that Filipinos and Indian Nationals need to pass the eye test before entering Dubai?

Am a Filipino holding a Philippines passport but we are here currently in Congo, Africa with my husband who is French National. We plan to have vacation with our french friends here from Congo to Dubai. Am holding a 1 year visa as wife of director here in Congo. I know I need visa before entering Dubai but my question is do i need to undergo the eye test as some people are telling me that Filipinos and Indian Nationals need to pass the eye test before entering Dubai.
