Do I need a Visa

Hi there

I'm South African, living in Hong Kong. I want to fly HK - Dubai - Cyprus at the end of May 2010. I will be in transit through Dubai. Do I need a visa?

I read that the visa is free and I can have it stamped at the airport - is that correct?
